Contact CenterContact Center hopper not loading & recordings not converting
Engineers are investigating reports of the hopper not loading and recordings not converting. Recordings are retained, however, they are not converting into a format available for customers to review.
This incident has been resolved and all systems are functioning as expected.
Engineers have identified the root cause and are working on correcting the matter now. We expect full operation within the next several minutes.
