The Ytel team is currently investigating a matter involving outbound calls failing on a subset of Contact Center systems. We will update this page with more info as it becomes available.
This matter was resolved Wednesday and was monitored for a period of 24-hours with no further incidents
Ytel engineers have identified the root cause of the failed calls and have rectified the matter. We will continue monitoring at this point.
