Ytel is investigating reports of Spectrum internet customers having challenges reaching our services.
Our investigation has determined there to be an issue between he.net and Spectrum/Frontier. We have made a routing change on our network and we are seeing the symptoms improve. We recommend a relog and clearing of cache/cookies.
