This does not impact Admins who are currently logged into the system. Calls are not impacted. Agents are not impacted.
Ytel Engineers have resolved the matter and we are seeing logins occur as expected.
Engineers have identified the root cause and are working towards resolution. This matter impacts a small subset of customers only.
