  • Account Management Available balance not updating

    We are in communication with our third party billing provider regarding instances where an account balance (aka available funds) is not reflecting after a payment is made. If you experience this matter, and your services are impacted, please contact Customer Support at 800-382-4913, option 1

  • Our billing provider has confirmed all to be well. Our monitoring confirms the same and we're seeing payments post and reflect as expected.

  • Our billing provider has isolated the root cause and is working towards a resolution. We are currently seeing payments post to accounts and we expect the system to "catch up" on the affected transactions.
