We are in communication with our third party billing provider regarding instances where an account balance (aka available funds) is not reflecting after a payment is made. If you experience this matter, and your services are impacted, please contact Customer Support at 800-382-4913, option 1

Our billing provider has confirmed all to be well. Our monitoring confirms the same and we're seeing payments post and reflect as expected.

Our billing provider has isolated the root cause and is working towards a resolution. We are currently seeing payments post to accounts and we expect the system to "catch up" on the affected transactions.
