Ytel Contact Center number sync for newly purchased numbers is not inserting numbers from Ytel Universe into Contact Center. This is causing the numbers not to be available for configuration within Contact Center after purchase.
Ytel Contact Center number sync has been resolved and numbers are available to be configured after the sync is complete.

InboxInbox not properly displaying messages
Ytel engineers are currently working on SMS entries not being displayed within Inbox. The inbound SMS are still being logged as expected.
Engineers have resolved the matter. Going forward, any new messages received will appear in the Inbox/New as expected.
