Reporting Duplicate Call Log Data

    SMS Intermittent Outbound SMS Errors

    Ytel Engineers are investigating reports of outbound SMS not working as expected.

  • Engineers have identified the root cause and have issued an update. SMS is now working as expected.

  • Engineers have identified the root cause and are introducing a resolution.

    Ytel Engineers are investigating reports of outbound SMS not working as expected.

  • Our monitoring is complete with no further outbound message failures detected.

  • Engineers have identified the root cause and have introduced a patch. We will continue to monitor.

  • Engineers have identified the LNP Lookup service to be not functioning as expected. This will result in any outbound SMS messages not sending as expected. Messages will fail - they will need to be resent manually. The messages will show as "Failed" in the status.
