Emergency Maintenance - Broadcast Platform

The Ytel team is currently performing emergency maintenance on the Broadcast Platform.

  • The Broadcast/Beacon service is currently fully functional but the user interface is displaying irregularities under "Live Transfers". Our team has identified the issue and will be resolving over the holiday. Please continue to monitor this page for updates and or call us at 800-382-4913 option 1 for any questions you may have.

    Engineers are investigating reports of intermittent access to call recordings

  • This matter has been resolved. We do see some recordings in queue for rendering and uploading and expect that process to complete as normal shortly.
