Contact Center call quality

Engineers are investigating reports of degraded call quality for Contact Center

  • Engineers have resolved the call quality concerns.

  • Engineers are investigating new reports of degraded voice quality

  • Maintenance was performed overnight and systems are performing as expected. We will continue to monitor.

  • Engineers have made updates which have improved the call quality. We will monitor through out the day and will be performing additional maintenance this evening.
