Ytel has received reports from our carrier partner that duplicate Inbound SMS/MMS messaging may occur on certain toll-free numbers. This impacts a small subset of our customers. We will monitor the situation and provide updates as they are known. All Ytel systems are functioning as expected.

Our Carrier Partners have updated their status to monitoring. They are seeing expected behavior. Our next update will come when they fully resolve this incident. The Ytel systems continue to function as expected
