Engineers are investigating reports of SMS & MMS failures using Toll-Free numbers.

This specific incident has been resolved as of January 14, 2022

A fix has been implemented by our carrier partners and we are currently monitoring.

Our carrier partners have identified the matter and they are working on a solution. We continue to monitor their efforts.

After further investigation, we have discovered inbound/outbound traffic to Ytel toll-free numbers from US and Canadian networks is impacted and experiencing delivery delays. Preliminary investigation suggests this incident appears to be outside of the Ytel network and our engineers are working with our carrier partners to resolve the matter. Further updates will be provided as new information is learned.
