Contact Center Agents unable to login Tuesday 6th July 2021 09:30:00 America/Los_Angeles


Ytel Engineers are investigating reports of agents not able to login to Contact Center. This does not affect agents who are currently logged in - those agents should not logout if they don't need to.

Engineers have resolved the matter which was preventing certain agents from completing a successful login. We recommend cache/cookies be cleared and then please attempt the login again.
