An outage with an upstream provider is causing payments to not process correctly to accounts. We recommend that any one-time payments not be processed at the current time while this matter is under investigation.
Our upstream provider has identified the matter and has issued a patch. We are seeing payments process as expected.
We have identified the matter with the upstream provider and are working with them to restore service as quickly as possible.
