We are investigating reports of intermittent timeouts when attempting to reach Ytel Contact Center agent portals. The team is engaged and investigating the reports.

Agent portals are accessible and functioning as expected.

This incident has been resolved.

Ytel Contact Center agent portal access should now be available and we are reviewing reports to ensure agent can gain access and successfully login.

The team is still investigating and it appears the access timeouts are localized to South Eastern parts of the country. We are continuing to investigate solutions while we work to identify the cause.
