10DLC longcode SMS message delays Monday 11th September 2023 10:12:27 America/Los_Angeles

We are investigating delays with inbound and outbound 10DLC SMS messages. SMS requests are intermittently queuing causing delays with messages.

We are investigating the matter currently and will provide more information as soon as it is available.

Toll-free and short code SMS are functioning as expected.

The impacted upstream provider has resolved the matter on their side and are currently in a monitoring state.

This matter has been isolated to an upstream provider. We are in communication with them as they work to resolve on their end.
