Engineers are investigating reports of voice calls failing, inbound and outbound.

  • Our monitoring is complete. Voice calls continue to work as expected.

  • Engineers have identified and resolved the root cause. Voice calls are working as expected. We will stay in a monitoring period.

  • Account Management Hubspot Outage - impacts email notifications

    status.hubspot.com Ytel is monitoring an outage with Hubspot. This outage will impact automated emails; including (but are not limited to) low balance alerts, payment receipt emails, password reset emails, etc.

    We will continue to monitor and will provide updates as they are shared by Hubspot.

    This vendor outage does not impact your ability to use your Ytel account. The Ytel system continues to perform as expected.
