SMS Partial outage for Inbound Shortcode SMS

Inbound Shortcode SMS

Due to a carrier partner hardware failure, a subset of shortcodes SMS inbound are not being received. Inbound messages are being queued and will be delivered once hardware is restored.

ETA for hardware replacement is approximately 3 hours and additional updates will be provided when available.

The hardware failure has been resolved.

The hardware failure has been resolved and services are recovering. Queued inbound messaging is processing and showing within SMS logs.

Performance continues to be monitored.
