Engineers are investigating reports of the DNC Uploader for Ytel API not processing uploaded contacts as expected.
This does NOT impact DNC for Contact Center.
The matter impacting the DNC Uploader has been resolved. The service is functioning as expected.
We have identified the cause of the DNC uploader not working as expected. We have temporarily disabled access to the service, through the UI, while the matter is being worked on. Using the API is working as expected and is a viable workaround.
