An Amazon Web Services outage is in the process of being mitigated. This outage affects one of our billing providers.
Currently, balances are not being drawn down when usage is incurred. This outage will not affect the ability to use our platform, but when the issue is resolved customers may see a true-up of usage that occurred during the outage.
This may result in customers exceeding their minimum balance thresholds. Any customers that feel they may be affected by this are urged to reach out to our support team.
