An upstream service provider responsible for rendering certain portions of our User Portal is experiencing an interruption of their services, which is, in turn, causing the Ytel User Portal dashboard to not render properly and/or not display certain information.
This has no impact on Contact Center, API functionality, or any other system performance - all internal Ytel services are running as expected.
We are monitoring the situation on their end as best we can. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.
