Contact Center Voice calls not completing as expected

Engineers are investigating reports of voice calls not completing as expected through Contact Center.

  • The matter impacting voice calls has been resolved.

    Account Management Ytel User Portal not rendering properly due to an outage with an upstream service provider

    An upstream service provider responsible for rendering certain portions of our User Portal is experiencing an interruption of their services, which is, in turn, causing the Ytel User Portal dashboard to not render properly and/or not display certain information.

    This has no impact on Contact Center, API functionality, or any other system performance - all internal Ytel services are running as expected.

    We are monitoring the situation on their end as best we can. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.

  • We have received word that the upstream provider has corrected the matter on their end and the page(s) are now rendering properly.

  • Ytel has received additional information which suggests this matter to be isolated to certain Cox Internet subscribers only. We continue to monitor the situation.

    Contact Center Accounts showing as Unfunded, despite having available funds

    Engineers are investigating reports of Contact Center systems showing as "Unfunded" when there are funds available.
