SMS Intermittent Toll-Free inbound SMS delivery failures

We have a report from a vendor affecting a small subset of Toll-Free SMS-enabled numbers that is causing non-delivery of inbound SMS messages.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.

A solution has been implemented and we are currently monitoring inbound SMS delivery to Toll-Free numbers.
