Voice Calls RVMs using v4 API directly not functioning as expected. RVM via Workflow is not impacted.

Engineers are investigating reports of RVM when using v4 of the API directly. This does not impact RVM delivery through Workflow.

Engineers have resolved the matter and all RVM services using v4 API are functioning as expected.
