Voice Calls Voice calls using v3 of the API are experiencing failures

Clients using v3 of our MakeCall API are experiencing call failures. v4 is not impacted. Contact Center is not impacted. We have our engineers engaged and our next update will be at 7:30 or earlier. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.

  • Our monitoring is complete and all systems are functioning as expected.

  • Engineers have identified the root cause and have remedied the matter. We see all calls completing as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation.

  • Engineers have isolated the root cause to the InboundXML API and are working on an update to resolve the matter. Anything using will experience challenges.
