Ytel Engineers are investigating reports of intermittent call failures and Contact Center Admin dashboards not loading. This is impacting a small subset of users.
Engineers have concluded their review and monitoring. All systems are operating as expected.
Engineers have identified the matter as coming from a peering partner and have taken steps to minimize the impact. We see calls completing as expected and will continue to monitor.

SMSOutbound SMS messaging not delivering - messages are queued
Ytel Engineers are aware of a matter preventing outbound SMS from delivering. The messages are currently being queued for delivery. Next update at 20:00 PDT (8pm) or sooner as events warrant.
All queued messages have been processed and outbound SMS is functioning as expected.
Engineers have resolved the matter preventing outbound SMS messages from being delivered. Messages that were queued are currently being cleared and outbound traffic will resume shortly.
